Sunlit Suede is a classic fragrance built on fougère foundations. However, it's not that simple, as this is a much more elegant scent than many others in this category.

In its opening, we can detect classic notes. The star is Calabrian bergamot, which opens with a citrusy, vibrant, and very pleasant aroma. This is accompanied by another classic ingredient, lavender, which needs no introduction as it's unmistakable. Alongside these classic notes, pineapple is paired, adding a modern twist to the fragrance and making the opening livelier and more colorful.

The heart of the perfume already hints a little at what the base will be. The orris germanica note introduces itself with its powdery, floral, and slightly earthy notes. It's very easy to love, infinitely elegant and refined. Beside it, there's a faint hint of lily of the valley, but only to fill and lighten the air.

However, the base of the perfume is perhaps the most unique part of the whole. Here, a combination of suede and earthy notes appears. The suede is elegant, powdery, and not at all obtrusive, not a "leather jacket" effect. Beside it, the earthy notes are not patchouli or dry, but fresh, as if walking out into the fresh air after the rain.

Description

Bergamot

Origin: Citrus fruit grown on the coast of Calabria — more delicate, tea-like, and floral than other citrus fruits. One of the most prestigious top notes in the perfume industry.
In the formula: An elegant opening. It doesn't scream or splash — it opens gracefully, then gives way to the deeper layers.
Source: Natural essential oil.

Pineapple

Origin: Tropical reconstruction — natural extraction is impossible, but the effect is all the more real.
In the formula: Tart, sun-drenched top note. Brings an exotic character where other citrus notes are no longer enough.
Source: Synthetic.

Iris germanica

Origin: A rhizome grown near Florence — processed after 3-5 years of maturation. One of the most urgent proofs that true luxury begins with patience.
In the formula: Powdery, root-like, dry elegance. Complex and understated at once — the kind of heart-base note that doesn't boast, yet stops everyone in their tracks.
Source: Natural and synthetic.

Earth tickets

Origin: Post-rain soil, deep forest, mushroom, leaf litter, and damp moss—nature is something that can never be fully tamed.
In the formula: A raw, organic base note—the layer that makes a scent feel like it truly emanates from somewhere. In dark formulas, it provides depth and authenticity that synthetic molecules rarely achieve on their own.
Source: A combination of natural and synthetic.

Skin

Origin: Not a single material—but an entire spectrum. From raw, animalistic wildness to finely finished suede, to the cool elegance of a London leather goods store. The perfume industry has reconstructed every face of leather.
In the formula: Both animalic and elegant—depending on how and with what it is combined. It can be raw, smoky, and physical. It can be soft, powdery, and aristocratic. It can have suede-like lightness or heavy, dark physicality. One of the most versatile heart-base notes in the perfume industry—and one of the most demanding to work with.

After a rainy day

The classic bergamot and lavender fougere opening is complemented by juicy pineapple, which provides the perfect contrast. In the heart of the perfume, the earthy, powdery, and floral scent of Orris Germanica takes the fragrance in a unique direction. Then, in the drydown, earthy notes, suede, and leather take the lead. It's not dry, but pleasantly moist, like the air after a rainy day.
